Saralin’s Heart is Full

Now Saralin is able to drive her eight year old daughter wherever she needs to go, get to and from work, help her family when needed and make it to church. Freedom to do everyday life has come with the affordable, efficient and safe vehicle Saralin was able to purchase from ChangingGears. 

Next week, Saralin will celebrate one year of working for Eleeo Brands and in November, she will welcome her baby boy. Her future is looking bright, her heart is full of gratitude and she has the FREEDOM to get where she needs to go. 

Her heart is full of gratitude, but it was a journey to get where she is now. She was impacted by the judicial system and through that experience was connected with the Jumpstart Prison Ministry. It was through JumpStart that Saralin got connected with CityLink. She did a job training program with CityLink that prepared her specifically for her role at Eleeo Brands. 

Through her training program at CityLink, Saralin was eligible for the ChangingGears Vehicle Purchase Program. Living forty five minutes away from work, she needed a car to get to work. Up to this point, she had been borrowing a car from JumpStart but knew this option was not sustainable. Ready for her own car, Saralin got on the ChangingGears waiting list and could not have been more excited the day she purchased her car.
