Mike’s Life-Changing Repairs

He was determined to maintain his job and wanted the same for his girlfriend too.

“These vehicle repairs have been life changing! Thank you!” This was said by one of our clients, Mike, who stopped by unannounced just to share his gratitude.

Mike got connected with CityLink through their CEO Program which helps people who have been impacted by the legal system get full time employment. He knew he needed a change and fresh start so he decided to move to Cincinnati with his girlfriend in November. The car they share started giving them trouble right before the holidays. There was an issue with the ball bearing on their 2018 Ford Escape that was really loud and caused a lot of stress and concern. 

He was determined to maintain his job and wanted the same for his girlfriend too. Mike reached out to his CityLink Service Coordinator who connected him with the ChangingGears Repair Program.

After having his car looked at, Mike was blown away by what he thought it would cost to repair his vehicle and the actual cost, which is half the retail cost. Mike decided the $160 was worth it and got his vehicle repaired. He was so grateful that our technicians were able to remedy something that could have ruined their car.
